• Products once delivered cannot be returned.

• Exchange is allowed only in the following cases:

  • Incorrect product delivered

  • Product received is damaged, defective, or expired

• In such cases, a free replacement will be provided, subject to product availability in stock.

• Products must be unused, unopened, and in original condition, with all seals, labels, and packaging intact.

• Exchange requests are processed only if the delivery location is serviceable by our logistics partners.

• If the order included any free gift or promotional item, the exchange/refund will be processed only after all free items are returned. Otherwise, the MRP of free items may be deducted.

• Customers opting for self-shipment must ensure proper packaging. Saral Crop Science shall not be responsible for loss or damage during transit.

• Perishable products such as seeds, pesticides, fertilizers, and agro-inputs are not eligible for return or exchange if opened, damaged, or partially used.

• Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days from the date of delivery.

• Any product-related issue must be reported within 2 days of delivery.

• Customers must provide a clear unboxing video showing the package and product condition for complaint processing.

• A valid invoice or proof of purchase is mandatory.

• Once the returned product is received and inspected, customers will be notified regarding approval or rejection.

• Approved refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment within 7–10 working days.

Saral Crop Science reserves the right to cancel orders (fully or partially) due to:

• Product unavailability

• Force majeure or unforeseen circumstances

• Suspected fraudulent activity

• Violation of company policies

• Logistic or operational constraints

In such cases, any prepaid amount will be refunded as per this policy.
